Our philosophy has always been to give the kind of service that we would want to receive — and to treat each customer like they’re the only one. Like most companies, we started with just one customer. Nearly 30 years later, we have many more clients. One of our goals has always been to maintain a high level of service throughout time. This is why we have grown from one employee in 1987 to close to 60 employees today.
We are deeply grateful to you, our clients, and we thank you for your business over the years. In this fast-changing world, it’s more important now than ever to have the right relationships. We couldn’t be more thankful, and more proud, to have the partnerships that we do.
As part of our commitment to all of our customers, we have become problem solvers and created solutions where none could be found. This is why we created our Third Party Administration (TPA) division; we wanted to develop solutions where they weren’t available in the market. Our promise to you is that we will continue to do this so that we can sustain the exceptional client services we’re known for.
In building a premier agency, we have learned to continuously remap our organizational structure. Today we have managers, team leaders, interns and more that help our administrators and consultants succeed. We’ve also been proactively building our infrastructure; we want to ensure that we have the staffing, equipment, software and other resources needed. We are well-positioned to meet our clients’ needs, and we look forward to continuing to serve each of you at the highest level possible.
